All of our watches are presented in there official Nub Watch box and packaging. This will include all official documentation and warranty.

We use special customized padding for each watch we dispatch. This keeps your watch perfectly safe and insures it reaches you in pristine condition.

We offer a full 30-day money back guarantee, if you don’t like your watch for any reason you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. All we ask is that the watch is returned to us unused.

All our watches are sent free of charge by Royal Mail next day delivery and are fully insured during transit. If your purchase is over £100 then you will receive free Royal mail special delivery. This only applies to the UK.

We dispatch all our international orders by Royal Mail. Our FREE International delivery usually takes between 3 – 5 days.

In the unlikely event you have a problem with your watch we can offer you all the support you’ll need. All our watches come with a 2 year manufacturers warranty and full guarantee. You can shop with confidence at Nub Watches, with the knowledge that you are covered from any manufactures faults.

Here at Nub, if is says ‘in stock’ then its in our warehouse ready to be dispatched. This is why we can offer next day delivery. Our stock is automatically undated as we operate a live stock take system.

Nub offers a two-year international warranty when purchased directly from Nub Watches or an authorized Nub retailer. The Nub watches warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects, the hands, dial, and watch movement are the only components covered. If the watch proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, it will be replaced or repaired.

Your two-year intentional warranty does not cover:

This warranty is void if damaged by accident, neglect, unauthorized service, or factors not due to defects in workmanship or materials.
Battery, strap, case, crystal or bracelet.
Damage from lack of care, improper handling, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

We dispatch all our watches with Royal Mail Special Delivery. We offer this service because your watch is guaranteed next day before 1pm and is fully tracked all the way to your door. To receive our next day service, you have to order before 2pm or your watch will be sent the following day.

We dispatch all our watches with Royal Mail Airsure®. You will generally receive your watch within 2 – 5 working days and is fully tracked all the way to your door. We deliver to most international destinations, all valid countries are in the drop down menu at checkout.

Our Returns Process
